Millennial Bank - Internal Verification Dashboard

Goals

The primary objective of designing the dashboard was to create a tool that would help the customer operations team efficiently review and process applications containing Know Your Customer (KYC) information. The goal was to simplify and streamline the process of upgrading customer accounts, enabling the team to more quickly and accurately review and approve applications. By providing an intuitive and user-friendly interface, the dashboard aims to make it easier for the team to access and analyze the necessary information, ultimately improving the customer experience and reducing the workload on the team.

Dashboard

This dashboard presents an overview of the design, with tooltips providing insights into the reasoning behind each element. The tooltips offer a deeper understanding of the design thinking that went into the creation of the dashboard components.

Verification Page 1

This data contains information about all the applications that have been received and are still pending. You can view more information about a specific customer by clicking on either the Client ID or View button and accessing their customer data.

Verification Page 2

In this view, the main dashboard is collapsed and the customer information is displayed on a side panel. This is useful when there is a large amount of customer information to scan through for verification purposes, as it allows for faster scanning.

Additionally, this page includes a check box for each attachment to indicate whether it has been verified to meet the company's ID policies. This check is performed automatically by an ID checker, and the check box will be green if the attachment passes the check

Verification Page 3

In this view, the employee can click on each attachment to view the type of ID that was provided. This allows for a manual check to be performed in case the system mistakenly passes an ID that should not have been accepted into the system.
